[Review] Peri's Tint Lip Crayon by Peripera #Fruity Orange

Everytime I go to my local drugstore, I would always, ALWAYS stop at the makeup area even when I never even intended to buy any. It's like magnetic attraction XD

So, I've always had my eyes on these crayons so finally I decided to get one 

 This is Fruity Orange. They have 2 more shades I think. One is pink and the other is green but changes colour when you apply it on your lips. I was torn between getting green or orange and finally I got orange because I thought I've got enough pinks.

I think, putting concealer on your lips first would help to show the actual colour of the crayon because it's kinda sheer. I usually apply 3 layers using the apply-blot-reapply method to a get nice and natural look

In a different lighting (not much difference ei) XD

It does say on the box that it will give you juicy lips. Well, it's sheer and shimmery so your lips will look juicy but that won't really last that long 

How I think it would look like at very bright areas.

So, my last few opinions 

- based on the glossiness, I say it is mosturising enough.

- doesn't exactly last long like a normal liquid tin which I had expected.

- if you exfoliate beforehand, the lip colour will look better and it won't accencuate your chapped lips. T___T

- fragrance : yes

[Review]Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner in #02 Brown

Hi Hello~ ^______^

I have a lot of eyeliners. A LOT!
But this is my only gel in a pot eyeliner so far and I love it!

So, it claims to be

• - more intense ( I don't know compare to what but it does have a quite intense colour)
• - UP to 36-hours lasting (Have not tried this but since I don't wanna wear eyeliner for 36 hours, I'll take its words for it)
• - Smudge-proof and waterproof (Yes, once it dries it will completely stick to your skin :)) 

This is how it looks like on my palm. Isn't it the cutest. So small.
Don't worry, you'll still have enough product. ^^

It comes with a nice brush but in my opinion, a small angled brush is the best to apply the gel liner.

I got mine in #02 Brown since I didn't want black~

That's a swatch that I did on the back of my hands. (sorry for the fugly hands T___T)
I only swatched one layer...
So, I sprayed it with water and then tried to rub it off with a tissue.
Annnnnnnd~~~ It didn't smudge one bit nor did the colour fade.

oh..I guess you guys can see another line next to my swatch.
That was actually the first swatch I did with the liner and then I tried to remove it with a bit of makeup remover...which didn't help at all. So yeah..now you know how good it is then XD

Don't worry, it'll come off with makeup remover. you just have to work at it a tad bit harder dearies ^^

[Review] MAC in Please Me

Hai Hello chingudul~~

Haven't been posting anything lately but I've actually bought gazillion of stuffs and I don't know when to start. XD nice excuse.

Well, Since I'm liking the lipsticks from this brand, I've decided to write about Please Me by MAC.
It's finish is matte.
Kinda drying but if you prep your lips with lip balm and did some exfoliating prior to using the lipstick then it won't matter much. ;)
I took it in different lighting points :3 The third picture is the most similar to the color when it is applied on the lips.

It also looks different on the lips depending on the light as well. It's a very pretty color and I would definitely use it if I don't want to think too much or when I'm in a hurry XD. It lasts for about 4 hours with eating and drinking and probably more if you don't.
It will feel dry after some time but I fixed that by dabbing some lip balm which kinda helps.

Please Me is one of MAC's bestsellers and I see why. I see this color looking really really nice on any skin tone.

A tip: It looks better when applied using a brush and it lasts longer too. :)

[Review] Etude House CC Cream in Silky

I haven't had the time to post things because our house internet line had gone completely loopy and we had to keep asking them to fix it. But, it's stable...for now. So I'll try to put in as much reviews as I can as I had gone loopy myself and bought tons of makeup that my friends might do an intervention for me XD

This is mine ^^

I've actually had it for quite some time now (few months) and I got it off roseroseshop.com. Their store is amazing and the shipping is great. :) I don't remember the price but I think it was around GBP 10-13.

It claims to have 8 multi-functions in 1 (don't know if I wrote that correctly but bah) haha. [this are what it says on the box)

• Anti-Aging
• Stress Relief
• Hydration
• Whitening
• Sun Protection
• Tone Up
• Smooth Texture
• Luminosity

1) Anti-Aging and Stress Relief
I don't really know about it's anti-aging and stress relieving properties but I guess it's in the ingredients. sorry~
However, it does have a a scent that makes me happy when I apply it so it somewhat relieves my getting ready in the morning stress. ㅋㅋㅋ

2) Hydration
It's a water based cream so it moisturizes the skin. I use it after I apply my moisturizer so it's hard to tell if gives good hydration or not. I do notice it emphasized my dry areas though, but that can be prevented if you exfoliate well. ^^ (It's autumn so my face gets dry far too quickly for my liking)

3) Whitening
This I agree, it really brightens my skin so I often use it under my eyes first. Then, I would either apply it onto areas that need brightening or to my whole face. Depends on whether I'll be using any BB cream or foundation afterwards. I do secretly hope it magically whitens my skin in the long run. >__<

4) Sun Protection
The cream contains an SPF of 30/ PA++ so you can skip the sunscreen if you won't be under the sun the whole day. It's bad if you're planning to take any flash photography because it will just reflect the light and make you look bad. :(

5) Tone Up and Smooth Texture
hmmm..This seems to relate about making your face feels smoother after application. It makes a good make-up base or primer. XP

6) Luminosity
It suppose to give you a healthy kinda glow which I like because my skin is normally dull and gloomy so it makes me look fresh when I use it. ~happy girl~

hard to find the same lighting

The redness is gone and under eye circle is brightened up a little bit

I still have to use some concealer under my eyes.
It has a really light coverage compare to bb creams and I actually use this on a day to day basis.

I would totally repurchase it, maybe in glow but I also want try the other cc creams in the market. ^^
Though I do love my etude house. ㅋㅋ

Tony Moly Cat Chu Wink in Orange Cha Cha

I've been using this tint for a while now. It took me some to think before buying it because I don't have really good experience with liquid tints. Hahaha XP

My lips are too sensitive and they crack easily. I dread winter. =___=

I bought this is Malaysia for RM29.90. I decided to go for orange because I now have a love for orange lips..hahaha. 

It's easy to bring around and it doesn't leak..thankfully. It's a very vivid orange so use with care XD

It's not really thick but it's not too thin of a liquid. Kinda in the middle and moisturising but it does gets dry overtime so keep a lip balm handy if you guys are such sensitive princesses like me. Haha

This is a collage of me sloppily putting it on my lips creating such a weird look and I ended up have to put my revlon tutti fruti on top to cover it because I was going out after that. I recommend putting one layer then dab evenly with your finger. Layer it again if you want. I usually go for 2 layers anyway. ^____^ 

For smell, it does have a mandarin smell which a lot of orange tints have and trust me, don't taste it. Hahaha

Staying power...quite long if you don't too much oily food or if you don't lick your lips too much. Good thing it's handy to carry around.

Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes

I've been using this wipes for almost a year now so now I'm gonna share with you guys my experience. Woohoo. 

This is how it looks like

You can get it very easily in any leading pharmacies or stores and it costs about <RM15 in Malaysia and <£5 in the UK (I don't really remember but I know it's very cheap in the UK since it's the place of origin) 

It claims to be good for sensitive skin since they are the "sensitive skin experts" so those with sensitive skins should probably give these wipes a try. I myself have had no bad experience with it. 

The texture is very nice and you will feel quite refresh after using them. There is a smell but it's not really strong and overpowering. It feels cool when you apply it to the face. 

I had already removed the makeup on my left side...hahahaha. The right side still has makeup..

This is how my face looks like completely without makeup on (I look tired...hahah). I don't use a lot of products on my face but I do have a considerate amount of concealer around my eyes so you can probably tell the difference between the first photo and this. 

This is the product removed from the right side of my face. 

My face definitely feel very refreshed and clean after wiping the makeup off and I don't worry about having makeup residues on my face. 

It's 5/5 for me.

Etude House Dear My Jelly Lips Talk JOR202

Firstly, I want to express my small disappointment after finding out that this lipstick did turn out to be that orangey colour  that I hoped for but I have learned to love that colour, so no problem. 

In my opinion, there is not much difference to JPK001. Both are pinkish tints and both are effectively keeping my lips moist and healthy-looking. ^^<3

This is a picture of 1) nothing on the lips 2) first application and 3) second application

I'm not fond of bright lip colours so I just put it on lightly so you don't really see much difference there but the colour does intensifies if you apply more and maybe stay on longer. 

So, just like jpk001, this

a) does not dry out my lips (even without lip balm)

b) smells nice but won't taste or smell it anymore after application

c) cute packaging

d) lasts for a long time (even after eating and drinking, still depends on what you take though, I think)

Since this lipstick does not dry out my lips, I'm gonna look at more shades when I go to korea. 안녕~ for now. ^^

How to find your comment on youtube

Have you guys ever want to look at the comments you made on a video but due to the video having so many response, you can't really be bother to scroll through the whole comments section to look for your comment.

Well, I have finally found a video that had helped me look for my comment out of a 10,000+ comments!

Another way is that I had enable an option on youtube for all my comments to be shared on twitter. For example, if comments for a specific video needs to be approved by the channel person before getting posted, I would know that my comments have been approved when it shows up on my twitter account.

This doesn't work for previous comments made prior to enabling this option. so that's a downside of it.

iPhone Fotorus Photo Editor Application

Hi there guys ^^
I just want to share my insights on one of my many photo editors on my iphone.

The application is called Fotorus, you guys can get it from itunes here

I actually got this app because I've been seeing a lot of my friends using it and their pictures came out so nice so I decided to give it a try.

and guess what? I love it! ha

 this is what you'll see when you open it

there are basically 4 different types of photo editing that you can do.
1. Pro edit: to edit your current pictures
2. Collage: to make a set of different photos together
3. PIP: stands for "picture in picture". basically self-explanatory.
4. GIF: to make a short animated picture

I mainly use number 1 and 2 and most of my photos are edited through them before I post them to the general public. haha
well, that's one secret out of the bag. XD

they are fairly easy to use and difficulties are hard to find but for making gifs, once done, they will only be saved under fotorus and you won't find it in your camera roll. don't ask me..I don't know either.
I ended up emailing my gif to myself. hahaha

 This is me being silly with the collage function

there are a lot of different background themes and color that you can choose from and of course filters as well...
I don't really remember what theme I used for this, elegant maybe.

just telling - ab color is the filter that gives you orange lips in case there are some people out there who are looking for this. (speaking out of experience here.. haha)

fotorus don't have any stickers like cymera does but it's still good. sometimes stickers are really bothersome anyways.. >__<

this is the picture in picture function.

you can actually change the background or front image and the type of pips but this is how it looks like when you take a picture in this function.

I think it's quite cool actually, it makes your photos look somewhat artsy perhaps..hehe

I also added a filter here..something that I thought looked nice at the time so I don't remember the name. ha

some of the filters does make your pictures look more presentable.



and this is my first ever gif..hahah. I called it rawrm..
I captured it and the effects are provided but limited. It not hard to use at all. ^^

Post edit: this feature is no longer available and you need to download a separate app for this. Haven't done this but I'm pretty sure it won't be that different. Hahaha x darn
